How it works

2. We assess whether we can help and take over the follow-up: letters, deadlines, reminders, escalation stages.
3. You can track your case anonymously at any time with your case ID and PIN — no account, no app.

BEEP is a volunteer pilot project with limited capacity (approx. 10 cases/month). No entitlement to case acceptance, no legal advice.
